SMS Verbal Consent

Customers may enroll through a verbal conversation with Quilla Auto Repair staff at the shop. Staff explain the program and ask the customer for an explicit yes or no before enrolling them. This page documents the script; visiting this page or scanning a vehicle QR does not enroll a customer.

Would you like to receive text messages from Quilla Auto Repair about your appointments and vehicle services, including appointment reminders, repair updates, completion and pickup notices, service-related maintenance reminders, and post-service thank-you or optional feedback and review requests? Message frequency varies based on your appointments and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also reach us at (628) 628-0186. Our SMS terms are available at quillaautorepair.com/sms-terms.html and our privacy policy at quillaautorepair.com/privacy.html. This is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Do you agree to receive these text messages at the mobile number you provided? Please answer yes or no.
After the customer's answer
If the customer says yes, staff confirm verbally: “Thank you. We have recorded your authorization for Quilla Auto Repair service text messages. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.” If the customer says no, the customer is not enrolled. Staff record the decision with the customer's number and maintain a record of when and how permission was obtained. SMS permission can be withdrawn at any time.

Después de la respuesta
Si responde sí: “Gracias. Registramos su autorización para recibir mensajes de Quilla Auto Repair sobre sus servicios. El personal registra la decisión junto al teléfono del cliente y conserva constancia de cuándo y cómo se obtuvo la autorización.
